Shipping

Once you have placed an order through the website, we will acknowledge receipt of your order by email, provided that you have included an email address.  Your painting or print will then be packaged up securely and sent to your given address by courier. Larger paintings may take a bit longer to package up safely, but in general we'll aim to send it to the courier for shipping within 2 working days of receipt of your order. The courier will then take 2 or 3 working days to get it to you, so you can expect to receive your purchase within 5 or 6 working days under normal conditions. ​If you have ordered but are collecting your purchase directly from the studio, we are available nearly all the time so we can liaise to work out a convenient time which works for both of us.

If a national holiday coincides with the shipping process, expect it to take a bit longer, but don't worry - we'll get it to you!  ​If we ourselves are on holiday, which does happen from time to time, we might need to add a week to that process, but we'll still let you know what's happening by email so you don't start to get worried.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from the Milky Way Gallery. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy.  If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the process.  All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.  Please note that return shipping costs, packaging and insurance are the responsibility of the buyer.  Once we receive your returned item in good condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
