| This is a picture of my much-loved father in law, Frank McGhee (1930-2000). He will be remembered for his great intelligence, his irascible but humorous nature, his extraordinary wit and his remarkable generosity. He was the Voice of Sport for the Daily Mirror for 30 years, and thereafter worked for the Observer. A journalist right down to his boots, and very good at it. |
